About Dr.
Dr. Reinhard Ernst leads ADAS Development Solutions and Analytics at ZF, where he drives the development of state-of-the-art methodologies for engineering, validation and data analytics in advanced driver assistance systems. With over 25 years of experience in technology and product development, he combines deep expertise in ADAS engineering, vehicle validation and computer systems architecture. Prior to joining the automotive industry more than 12 years ago, he spent 14 years at IBM Systems, working on simulation technologies, software and hardware development, and validation processes. In his area, multidisciplinary teams are pioneering the application of AI-driven methods to enhance productivity, accelerate innovation, improve quality and optimise development costs.
